About the Hastinapura Foundation
Curious organization the Hastinapura Foundation… it has existed as such since 1981, the date it was born as a split from the sadly notorious New Acropolis… the latter qualified by a European Parliament Report as: “fascist and paramilitary”, its leader was tried in Spain for carrying weapons; journalist Pepe Rodríguez has carried out extensive research regarding New Acropolis as a neo-Nazi sect.
Worldwide the Organization and its leader have a history of complaints which however have not prevented them from being recognized as Foundations or Corporations by the governments of different countries, as collaborators of the government… and other favors …
In Chile and Argentina they operate under some of these legal denominations; controlled by the Ministry of Justice in the Chilean case….controlled?

I transcribe below a piece of a note written by Argentine journalist Alfredo Silletta on the website of FAPES - Argentine Foundation for the Study of Sects:
“The sect New Acropolis was founded in Argentina in 1957 by the couple composed of the philo-Nazi Ángel Livraga and his wife Ada Albrecht, which over the years would become an international group. The ideology of the group is a mixture of esoteric elements, theosophy, orientalism, alchemy, astrology and a bit of Greek philosophy (especially Plato). New Acropolis states that it is above all philosophies, religions, politics and sciences and only seeks to realize the myth of the superman (the same as Adolfo Hitler’s?). Let us observe how they define themselves in one of their texts:
“This structure (New Acropolis) feeds on men and to the able it transfuses them into its great body, into its great Soul, to make them, to some extent, supermen. The inept must be left behind. Such is the painful Law. They will be gathered by some hyena-structure that feeds on carrion.”
The group is spread in more than 30 countries. In the 1980s it had legal problems in Spain due to complaints made to the Ministry of Education and by the press for being considered “pro-fascist and paramilitary”. Its leader Ángel Livraga ended up on the bench of Justice. He died in 1991. For her part Ada Albrecht separated from the group in 1981 and founded one with lighter characteristics called Hastinapura based in Buenos Aires.”

“New Acropolis recruits its future members through lectures on topics of history, philosophy, archaeology of the pyramids or esotericism. These talks, generally free, are advertised by posters that members paste all over the city. In a sect book, titled “Manual of the Leader”, the following text can be read:
“Propaganda should not scare nor produce an excessive impact, risking being considered suspicious and rejected. An apparently innocent invitation to follow courses and lectures is more profitable than the violent display of mysterious symbols or enigmatic sentences… propaganda must offer a welcoming image of personal convenience, without revealing that it calls to change one’s life and burden it with enormous sacrifices and efforts. Once inside they understand us better and consider these sacrifices as honors, but before, they frighten people.”
In 1985, journalist Pepe Rodríguez published an article about this sect, where he denounced the large amount of weaponry that existed in various New Acropolis centers and the possible fear that young people were being trained in the use of weapons. The sect began to threaten him and Rodríguez decided to present the evidence to Justice. The judge ordered a raid on the central headquarters and found several weapons. In June 1988, the Third Section of the Provincial Court of Madrid initiated a trial against Ángel Livraga for illegal possession of weapons. The “Ave Emperador” as he likes to call himself among his disciples, ended up in the dock of the accused.
But let us look a little more at the “Manual of the Leader”, a book for internal circulation, but which was used in the trial that was held in Spain. On p. 46 Livraga writes:
“Defining what New Acropolis is is easy on the outside, since we will adapt its appearance to the needs of the place… New Acropolis is, externally, a cultural and humanistic organization, and its heart consists of a Philosophical Conception in the classical manner, but this heart has another Hidden heart, which are the Mysteries; in the hidden it is a school of Mysteries…”

“In 1981 the founding couple argued violently and a split occurred. According to witnesses, Livraga began to hate Ada when she began to gain prestige in the esoteric schools that rejected him for his military delusions (the Theosophical School drafted a document to that effect). JAL sent a telegram to all New Acropolis centers saying that his wife had gone mad and was relieved of her post. She founded the World Association Hastinapura. Many adepts and leaders abandoned the sect.”
Leadership
Jorge Angel Livraga Rizzi (JAL), born in Buenos Aires, in 1930. Deceased. He currently directs a group of his disciples.
JAL, son of exiled Italians, did not know his father and was raised by his mother and grandmother in a very authoritarian environment. He was not admitted to the Military Academy and lived obsessed with militarism. He adored great dictators and thought of surpassing them.
Despite having studied no more than three or four years of medicine and not having obtained any university degree, he shows a curriculum that catapults him to the highest peaks of knowledge. He said he had graduated in Art History at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires, he was also a doctor, archaeologist, Doctor in Philosophy from the Aztec Academy of Art, Sciences, Letters and Civicism and an academic member of the International Philo-Byzantine University. Institutions unknown in serious academic circles, but not among those who engage in selling degrees.
Livraga was the Supreme Command, the World Command. Those who are indeed graduates in Philosophy and Letters are Ada Albrecht and Delia Steinberg. Like every megalomaniac he progressively sank into the most pathetic madness. First he ordered that they salute him with an “Ave Maestro”, then with “Ave César” and then “Ave Emperador”.”
Course on ethics and good manners
“It is more criminal to kill an ant for no reason than to kill a man for a just cause or ideal that justifies it” and “The shalt not kill must be qualified; while it is not strictly necessary”, are phrases that would applaud Islamic terrorism, ETA, the IRA or any military dictatorship. Well, look, they are the Security Corps.
The Chief of Security depends directly on the Central Command and collaborates with him the Chief of Intelligence, in charge of keeping the Central Command and the Chief of Security informed of developments within the sect or society and of controlling internal rumors through a counter-rumor apparatus. They secretly investigate contacts and people who can be used for the benefit of the group.
In the sect everything is foreseen in advance. When the structure is paralyzed, among many other things, they must “channel internal propaganda towards ‘a leap forward’ and if it were essential, pointing to some external ideology, such as dialectical materialism, in one of its more aggressive political forms, as the ‘enemy’ that, with its action, blunts consciences, making it directly responsible for its own paralysis and exaggerating the danger that that ideology entails, immediately, for New Acropolis”. If the problem is an internal crisis, the focus must be isolated and “personal conversations” must be undertaken with the affected person or persons, trying that, beyond any Regulation, they understand how necessary they are and how little good life will offer them from now on if they leave New Acropolis”.
Of course threats are not ruled out and they have gone so far as to rape the girlfriend of a former member. The crisis must be kept secret by the Intelligence Service, “triggering currents of opinion that minimize the event by ‘flattening’ it as much as possible and denying it, even, if necessary”. Members who do not overcome the crisis must be “extirpated” and “drastic measures taken” so that they do not disturb order from the outside. It must be prevented that dissidents are fondly remembered, since “that is an invitation for others to follow their steps without much feeling of guilt….”. The list of planned contingencies is very long and even includes the possibility that a government declares them illegal.”
The trial of Jorge Ángel Livraga Rizzi (JAL)
“When on June thirteenth, 1988, in the Third Section of the Provincial Court of Madrid, the trial began against Jorge Ángel Livraga Rizzi, supreme leader of the sect New Acropolis, something more than illegal possession of weapons was being judged. The false image of a philo-Nazi emperor who likes to pass as a philosopher was collapsing.
This was the first trial against a sectarian leader held in Spain. But also the first time, in the whole world, that the affinity that this multinational sect professes for weapons was demonstrated.
The story had begun three years earlier, when this author, after a long investigation, demonstrated that there were firearms in N.A.
In the book “Las sectas hoy y aquí” (…) he stated:
“We have seen abundant weapons in the Castle of Santiuste (…) that were within reach of any adolescent who crossed the door that guarded them. We also have the testimony of an ex-leader who claims to have seen four or five pistols of 9 mm caliber (at least one of them we verified belonged to Livraga’s bodyguard) and one of 7.22 mm caliber (of which we have documentary proof) in the private part of the Madrid School.”
The sect flew into divine fury and sued the journalist for what he had published in the book and in a couple of journalistic reports.
“If Antonio Chao (Livraga’s bodyguard for years) always carried a pistol in the holster” - reads the flowery complaint against this author - “and I do not know it to be true, it will be because he boasted of being, without proving it, a Captain of the Legion. Mr. Chao keeps his back, which is enough, without worrying about Professor Livraga, whose only protection is his exemplary conduct. Pistols in the private area of the school! What nonsense!”
“Again I refer” - the document continues - to the result of the proof about this false fact, and we will see if the defendant has testimonies that dare to commit before the Court a double sin; against God by perjury and against Justice by false testimony.”
“Fed up with enduring the coercion I was subjected to by notable subjects who protect the sect, I chose to formally denounce before the duty court, for illegal possession of weapons, the sect and its leaders. I presented the evidence I considered appropriate and, shortly after, Jorge Livraga and Antonio Chao were prosecuted as alleged perpetrators of the reported crime.
The police, by order of the judge, searched the headquarters of the sect’s school, on Madrid’s Gran Vía and found in Livraga’s private quarters a Taurus .38 caliber revolver.
When I participated, as a witness for the prosecution, in the trial against Livraga, it became clear who had committed that double sin that Livraga shouted about in his complaint. Sitting on the bench, bowed, frightened, without a trace of the aplomb of emperor that he uses when he is surrounded by his guard of corps, Livraga looked pathetic.
He, supreme model of a man of honor and courage, tried to defend himself by placing the blame on one of his lawyers, then already dead and on Antonio Chao (…)
His clearest argument, to justify possession of the revolver, was that it had been gifted to him by one of his philosophy students (?), aware of the threats (?) that weigh in Spain against such an illustrious professor and that he had not had time (?), before the weapon was seized, to apply for a license for its legal possession.”

Camouflaged neo-Nazis
When occultism and esotericism, along with religious freedom, began to become fashionable in our country, it was not uncommon to find New Acropolis advertisements in any Spanish city. On the surface they only advertised lectures on Greek philosophy and the arcane knowledge that promises happiness through mastery of oneself and the secrets of nature. Until an article appearing in “Tiempo” unleashed the scandal.
Specialized journalist Pepe Rodríguez accused the sect of neo-Nazi, pro-fascist and paramilitary tendencies; and included, to prove it, a photograph of a premises of this association where antique weapons intended for collecting appeared. The Police moved and raided New Acropolis centers. Criminal actions were initiated. But neither the Police, which only found one pistol, nor the judges, managed to prove the neo-Nazism of the alleged sect. What are the neo-acropolitans really? They were born in Argentina, a country very fond of esotericism, in 1957, founded by the couple Jorge Ángel Livraga, who died in Madrid in 1991, and Ada Albrecht. They defined themselves as a school of philosophy and are closely linked to the famous Madame Blavatsky, a mainstay of last century’s occultism, contemporary of Mary Baker Eddy, E.G. White, Alice Bailey and Annie Besant. New Acropolis maintains that its members, thanks to their arcane and philosophical knowledge, come to belong to a superior race.
Hence the submission to the occult Master is essential, in possession of an authentic “pisto manchego” of doctrines that range from reincarnation to the hidden wisdom of the Egyptians, passing through the military paraphernalia, with an alleged initiatory route linked to the Camino de Santiago. Very careful not to attack religion, “it is not the opium of the people, but the remedy for all evils”, and very anti-Marxist, they have the ingredients of a sect: unconditional submission to the leader; impossibility of internal criticism, and segregational elitism. Hastinapura
“Around 1981, at a world meeting of New Acropolis held in Rome a harsh confrontation occurred between Angel Livraga and Ada Albrecht that led to the rupture of the group. According to witnesses, Livraga could not bear Ada’s internal growth, and she did not believe much in her husband’s paramilitary delusions. A group mainly of Argentines and Latin Americans followed Ada Albrecht’s steps and founded the World Association Hastinapura. The image presented by this association is lighter than New Acropolis; courses on philosophy, yoga, meditation and psychology of self-realization are offered. In a leaflet it can be read: “Hastinapura is approaching the heart. Hastinapura offers you to transform and be a channel, be a port where those who need the fruits that result from our action can be supplied and nourished. We know of places that offer the mysteries and the lights that dazzle our mind the most. Hastinapura wants a clean ground, wants to build with the purest materials; it offers us a path of action, it calls our attention to know ourselves as active participants, creators of our own world of wonders…”
The sector most seduced by this group is found among women aged 30 to 50. Several husbands have visited FAPES to tell us the drama of seeing how they lost their wives. In a Hastinapura text, addressed to women who are pressured by family obligations, the following can be read:
“…It is true, we have family obligations. But do family obligations cut us off, limit us, obstruct our path to our inner self, to God? If we are sincere, our answer will be: no, a family that loves us, really cannot prevent us from going towards happiness. Giving love means allowing and helping the growth of loved ones. Therefore our family participation is necessary and convenient up to fulfilling this mandate and no further. Likewise, the love of our relatives must help our growth, otherwise, we would have to ask ourselves what our relationship covers beyond its mask of love… Did you think that we possess home, family, children only for a time? And that our family is not really ours, but that each member belongs to God and we are only playing a role that must be performed in the best possible way?”.

The double image of Hastinapura
The Hastinapura Foundation presents itself to the Community as:
“ An association without lucrative ends intended to promote the study of comparative philosophies and practices that lead to the attainment of three fundamental principles:
1 Recognize, promulgate and teach the existence of God and the divine spiritual essence of the human being, using for this the Spiritual Universalism.
2 Raise awareness of the naturally existing brotherhood among the members of the human family and elicit an attitude of respect towards different religious creeds, races and customs, as well as towards other creatures of creation.
3 Cultivate the study of religions, sciences, arts and philosophies, provided that this is conducive to the spiritual elevation of the human being “

The true face of Hastinapura
According to my own experience, that of other husbands and relatives, the Hastinapura Foundation is a simple destructive sect, whose external appearance allows it to operate in society and under a legally recognizable structure. Like every sect of this nature, it manifests a double attitude and double discourse; the first of good-naturedness and spiritualism maintained invariably no matter what happens and the second a neo-Nazi sect, which fully shares all the Principles and Foundations of the original New Acropolis, except for physical violence and paramilitary practices.
Its ultimate objectives are to recruit people (mainly women), who are definitively integrated into the Organization, breaking them from their previous family ties and their links with their former world of relationships.
Despite having personally suffered the loss of my wife and son at the hands of this destructive sect, I can only suppose the process to which the latter has been subjected; I can only describe my own horror at the situations experienced (she has gone mad, lies without any remorse and acts in a state of frank induced sectarian psychopathy, she has also become pregnant by the sect’s ultimate sub-leader), with respect to my son, he has been subjected to a process of “brainwashing”, without anyone defending him to this day…
This situation is aggravated by the absolute impunity in which this destructive sect has been able and continues to be able to act both in Chile and in Argentina, due among other reasons to the protection networks that exist by action or omission among various officials and authorities: Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Secretariat of Worship, Chilean and Argentine Foreign Ministries, Chilean Government House, Chilean Ministry of Justice, Embassy and Consulate of Chile, including UNICEF; the situation has reached such an extreme that despite having made the first complaints in my case in November 2001, to this day I have not managed to have my complaint formally received anywhere; only at the beginning of May 2004 was I given a provisional visitation regime to see my son for a few hours… of neo-Nazi sect and its machinations, no authority has said a word to this day… everything has been handled as a simple couple case and their little child…
Money is a powerful lord… powerful are the sects that protect them… my own investigations resulted in finding that they would have protection from high members of powerful sects… entrenched within official ranks in every order of things… they disable the Rule of Law…
