Propaganda should not frighten or make too strong an impression, for fear of being regarded as suspicious and rejected. An apparently innocent invitation to attend courses and lectures is more beneficial than the violent display of mysterious symbols or enigmatic sayings, clear to us but laden with dark threats for outsiders.
