Student_1 was obliged to attend all events: to City_K for a meeting with President_Country, to retreats — even when the person did not want to and could not. The head Vchytal_O said:
«You can postpone or reschedule your plans.»
People went despite their inner resistance, and they felt bad. When student_1 stated that New Acropolis is not the most important thing in his life, this was received with great difficulty by the leadership. Student_1 was systematically pressured.
Lack of dialogue
Vchytal_O insists on her position and refuses to listen to others. Student_1 said:
«I'm uncomfortable. I feel that I'm being pressured.»
To which Vchytal_O replied:
«This is the first time I hear this. You felt that you were being pressured. I don't pressure anyone. I just give a person an incentive, a push to act, I provide opportunities for a person to develop, because the school obliges; if you don't want to be a tail, then you, of course, develop, and I will remind you of this.»

«Because teacher_3 is very lenient, in reality it's not like that. Thousands of people have passed through here, not everyone can withstand it, only those who can make the school the center of their life remain, that is, be the head in this school. You're a tail, because you don't invest 100%. Pushes toward action will continue, because otherwise people will not move and will be in the swamp.»
And then — again:
